Hey guys, for the past 2 days I haven't been able to use my xbox one because my controller keeps disconnecting, I have tried updating the controller, changing batteries, using a cable, using a headset, also tried clearing my room of other electronics that could interfere but nothing has helped so far.

it doesn't just disconnect my controller, it'll work fine for about 10-15 minutes then it'll disconnect and won't connect back up, about 5 minutes after that it logs me out of my account and disconnects me from my wi-fi.

anyone know what the problem could be?

Have you tried hard resetting your console?
Thats really strange I've never heard of it disconnecting you off your wifi and everything.

Do you have multiple controllers to test with? If one controller works, it is isolated to the controller.
