I'd be down for this. I'm guessing we'd take a vote on deciding what to watch? Either way I believe this forum has grown since then so we might even get more participants this time around.

Sure. If it's a show I have not yet watched then yeah.

I was down for the first one as well but it was kinda weird and not really a group watch.

Nah we'll watch one episode every whatever. Watching as a group at the same time is too much work to get everyone on at once when instead we can have discussions on each episode every day/week/month/year.

Pretty sure this is why the 1st one didn't do well as it was a "watch it on your own and then we discuss it" type of thing.

I would be up for reattempting a Let's Watch. Whilst users have stated that they would prefer it to be a group watch opposed to the solo watch and discuss, it would require organisation to first get the participants to be on at the same time and to have the available time to watch either one or several episodes without interruption. I personally would prefer to stick to the original idea in which we solo watch and then go on to discuss the title on the topic, the reason for this, as many will know, my internet is poor and does not cater for group watching. Another upside to this is that it means more users can participate as they are able to watch the designated amount of episodes at any point during the time frame when they have the time to spare.

As for the time frames I think that it should be kept to a week so that it doesn't quickly become forgotten, so for example a 1-cour series would be two episodes a day, and a 2-cour series would require 4 episodes a day, however I would not mind stretching it to two weeks for a 2-cour as some users may not be able to manage four episodes a day. If a movie should be selected, then I think that could be done in a day or two.

In regards to the first attempt at the Let's Watch, sadly the first series selected was Break Blade which first was not a hugely popular series among the users, and the TV series was greatly inferior compared to the original movie series. An attempt to save the ship from sinking the series was switched to a more popular Steins;Gate, however I believe most, if not all users who visit this section have already watched it so at that point it was time to abandon ship. To combat this, I think we should have each user who wishes to participate suggest either a series or movie, and then have a vote for which one out of them we go on to watch.

I'd be up for this, I didn't participate in the last one so it would be cool to participate in this one if we decide to do it.

I can see how time can be a problem for some of us but i would rather not just watch like 2 episodes a day alone cause its much more entertaining to watch with someone imo. And conversations are fresh.

How about lets do this. Lets say we start a show on Monday, we will have until Thursday to finish it, during the time frame between Monday and Thursday we can set up a time to watch it together on rabb.it, if you watched it during the group watch thats great but you can't post about the episode until Friday, anyone that dosen't watch it during that time frame can watch it up their own time but have until Thursday.

It probably sounds very confusing and could be better worded but hopefully uoi guys get the gist of it.
