A friend of mine, and client, requested a political logo.
He wanted something modern, and progressive...

I started with this concept...

And he was not very happy with it.
So I continued to play with ideas, and eventually showed him this one...

And he was extremely happy with it.

Thought?

The last one definitely screams political with the stars and stripes concept.

Out of all of these. I only like the top left one.
It is very simple and would be easy to brand.

Well the whole first set is all together, just different variations for different applications.

But the layout of the one on the top left is the most appealing to me as well.
The client liked the new one more though, so that's his decision.

And the final outcome which the client was very happy with wouldn't be easy to brand??

I personally think (apart from you being full of shit) the top left one is very basic and stereotypical in a political way. Something you may find on a "vote for me" poster lol.

What Illy brought to the table and sold is top notch, apart from a few hiccups but if the client is happy then it's all good.

Simplistic and basic isn't always the best route to take.

Good day sir and well done Illy.
