So I stumbled upon this website in my travels in which you can build your character ahead of the release of Fallout 4. Click on the link to assign your point into each of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats and check out the perks you will be able to select when you first begin to level up. - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - NOTE this is not to do with Bethesda and hence isn't to be confirmed as 100% accurate but could prove useful or even just as a bit of fun .

I generally like quite an all-rounded build but focusing on some areas more than others so I will probably go for something like this.

I'm not too sure but I think carry weight won't be a big deal this time around. You can build your own house and so long as you don't horde too much you should be good.
