Im not sure if anyone else has the same problem, but on the new dashboard i can't do anything. My saved data for any games that need to be synced won't load, none of the ads, games or store is loading up and when i go to the Preview Programme App, it says i need to be in the Preview Programme to use the app...

Im quite confused because i can't go online...

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Do you have your xbox set as "instant-on", if so, you sometimes need to hard reboot your console. Holding the power button on the console for 30 seconds, then power back on.

I managed to fix this on mine by disconnecting from my wifi in the settings, then just reconnecting. Hope this helps you out.
