it seems every team i come up against that has much less chemistry around 75 seems to play better than the 100 chem teams i come up against just played against a team with 70 chem and leon osman was tearing the wing up like roadrunner

Most of the time it is as all the correct stuff will happen like passes etc. So I would recommend you get 100 or at least 90 otherwise your team will basically just fail

The higher the chemistry, the better your team will play buddy, you decide if you need high chem!

Myself have had encounters with teams below 75 chemistry and they destroy me and when i use a team of a 100 chem my team fails but i used a team of 85-92 chem my team was kicking butt in games.

You need at least around 80 chemistry for your team to function.
