This whole site is stupid when it comes to graphics.
I understand this is a gaming site, but if you're going to have a graphics section with a decent community in there, at least understand it.
Even the site's design is graphically ugly, so I shouldn't be surprised...
But my point is, it makes no sense how "Graphics Kings" are chosen.
There will be highly talented artists in the graphics forum for a long time, that won't get the light of day.
Because all the comments go straight to the crappy "overused unoriginal Pr0 GfX 3D FaZe youtube BaNNER!" instead of the actual good art.
And because the staff is so inactive on those forums, they don't get the recognition such an artist deserves.
Essentially you have to kiss ass, or be one of the kids that sits in shoutbox all day and befriend a staff member.
The only other way I've seen the badge given out is by competitions which shows no true measure of skill.
Some crazy talented designer could come to these forums for months, and then some kid will get the badge instead, for posting something not even graphically good.
Just because either A. Staff thinks it looks pretty. or B. The mass of artistically challenged blind kids will vote for it, when it's actually literal shit.

Seems that you're mad you didn't win and/or because you lost your graphics king badge. Why can't you just be happy for the people who won?

I thought Pish or whatever his username is did a pretty good graphic, although I dont patrol those forums so im not sure if other members are better than he is. Its not my type of stuff but I see what youre saying.
idk man, not a big deal its just a badge lel if you think youre a king at making graphics self proclaim yourself, make it your motto or something, you dont need a badge to approve of your good work if that makes sense

So you are upset that you good guys dont get recognised in a gaming community?
Surely if you wanted recognition for your graphical talent you would frequent graphical forums?
Instead you choose to get angry over a meaningless badge.

Why do you need a badge to prove that you're good at making graphics.
We've all seen your work illustrated and personally, I think your work is very good.
You don't need a graphics queen badge to know you're a queen.

Im never in the graphics sections but the guy won a competition for graphics. He got a reward for the work that the staff thought was good.

lmao I'm not mad.
There's a difference between being mad at losing, and being annoyed with a flawed system.
I guess you're not even capable of contemplating it.
I had the badge, I dont care if I get it again.
It doesn't make any difference to me with or without it.
And I lost it soly for helping people to become better.
The staff here is like a controlling ex girlfriend, thats why they took it away.
For the contest that just happened, good job to the one winner that deserved it.
But if you don't want to see bitching, don't come to the rant section, eh?
