I bought a pre-built computer just a little over a year and a half ago. I was a complete new comer to computer building and it was easier for me to just buy a pre-built one since it was a week before Christmas I decided to get one.

Would it be best for me to sell what I have and buy brand new parts for a computer?
I currently have 250 to spend on it but I am guessing that I could get like atleast 100 for the computer as it is now. Opinions?
