Ok so I just thought I'd share a bit of an experience with you guys. I went to see one of my favorite bands ever last Thursday at the O2 Academy in Oxford, UK. Deaf Havana are an Alternative Rock band from Hunstanton in the UK, and they write some incredibly good songs. Been a huge fan of them since around 2009 and I finally got to meet the frontman from their band who is probably one of my biggest inspirations.

Deaf Havana have been through a lot of management issues and last year it looked like as a whole the band would have come to an end. With an 8 month break from the spotlight Deaf Havana came back like they never went away with an intimate gig in an attic like room at the O2 Academy. Played an amazing set and safe to say it was easily one of the best gigs I've ever been too.

Thought I'd just post it here to try and promote both Deaf Havana and the band who supported them on the night, The Gospel Youth. An incredible sound, and great seeing as they've only been together since December along with the Bass guitarist/lead singer only playing since January.

I'll put both bands in the spoiler below, along with the picture of me and the lead singer after the gig!

Have one of the not so recent full albums, some great stuff on here.

The Gospel Youth, the support band on the night. Really good.
