I dislike all the preset xbox one gamer pictures, the question is what is the chance of me getting banned?

I honestly don't think you would get banned simply because all you have to do is download the picture online, put it on a drive, then set it as your picture?

yes you will get banned just download them from the marketplace im guessing you want a naked girl like every other guy? its slim change you wont get banned unless its a naked girl other then that you shouldnt

I think it all depends on the picture itself. I doubt Microsoft will actually look to see if your logo was on the marketplace. Mine is my avatar. I've never bought any pictures from the marketplace though.
