Aim/Objective
There are several main objectives/aims that the player would aspire to complete in this game, all of which can be done before or after the other. The first one is to complete all 4 levels of each elemental world to unlock and conquer the final battle against Vezon and his Fenrakk counterpart. The second objective is to purchase all of the weapon, armor and ability upgrades in the shop. The other mentionable aims are to unlock all of the Silver and Gold canisters in each level to unlock viewable trophies, and to purchase all of the novelty areas in the unlockable beach area. This game is one that will take you a while to complete all of these objectives, but they can get a bit tedious as you have to replay most of the levels in order to use certain characters that you will need to access certain areas or obtain some items.

Gameplay
The gameplay for this game is very enjoyable and it was one of my favorite games from my childhood. If you are a Bionicle fan then this game will not disappoint, if you are not, then this game is still very entertaining and will provide you with fun gameplay. The game is based around the 6 elements, Fire, Water, Ice, Air, Earth and Stone. There are also different species of Bionicle, from spider like Visorak to the character playable Toa Inika. These species have different abilities, weapons and powers. In the game you play as the Toa, who's mission is to defeat the Piraka, who are terrorising and taking over the land of Voya Nui, and restore peace. The player must complete 4 levels in 6 different elemental regions defeating a Boss enemy Rahkshi, which are a suit of armor controlled by slug-like Kraata. Throughout the game, the player can purchase upgrades from the Matoran Shop such as weapon and armor upgrades for the 6 elemental Toa. Each of the Toa also has its own special ability which is needed in some levels to unlock certain areas or gain special items. I found that throughout the entirety of the game, the gameplay didn't get boring and there were always new challenges to conquer and new areas to explore, and that is why I love this game.

Graphics
As this game is almost 10 years old (at the time of writing this article) the graphics are not spectacular, but for a fast paced First Person Shooter, the graphics are very good in my opinion. The 6 elements are very well represented by the colors that they are linked to, and simply knowing and seeing the colors can easily identify its element. The different weapons in the game have different graphical features, from constant beams of energy to rockets and grenades, the way that they are visually displayed in the game is quite detailed considering the age of the game.

The audio in this game is one of the things that stands out to me the most, there is always backing music when you are playing which makes the atmosphere of the game more surreal. In between levels, or when you reach certain points in the level there are cutscenes that usually involve some characters, as the characters don't talk because they supposedly have their own language and alphabet system, the only sound you hear from them is grunts and other noises which actually seem quite fitting as Lego-robotic-alien like creatures speaking English wouldn't really sound right.

Controls
The control of this game are the same of any First Person Shooter to be honest, right trigger to shoot, but in the game there is no Aim Down Sight feature (with exception to the Energized Ice Sword which can be aimed by pressing in the right joystick). In the levels there are checkpoints where you must collect enough points/Lego pieces to charge up your Hero Mode Bar, once it is filled up you will go into Hero Mode. In this mode you are invincible and you need to use this mode to create structures out of some gold Lego bricks. This requires you to use controls that you cannot otherwise use unless you are in the Hero Mode.
