My guess is when either TaiG or Saurik decides to stop arguing with each other and do it.
They are in a battle right now of who is going to do it and so far they both haven't moved to make an attempt at it...

Because it is completely false, Taig originally thought it was a Saurik problem, and then saurik notified Taig that it was a problem in the scripting of the kernel, so now Taig are on it..
