Some of you may know me from a week ago when I purchased my computer build.
I've had nothing but problems with Scan present moment, and am still waiting for the 980 Ti as every person I've spoken to are saying different ETA's for when they come in. I finally just found out that there coming in on the 26th which is another 10 days plus 2 days for handling and shipping.
They have the Asus gtx 980 ti in stock.
Should I wait for the Superclocked version of the EVGA card or get the Asus card even though that comes with their own custom GPU tweak program.
Couldn't I just tweak the clock speed of the card to match the EVGA card or is that not safe?

The EVGA card is factory overclocked and you should be able to get even more out of it with your own overclock.
The Asus one will need to be overclocked yourself to match the EVGA one at stock overclocked.
You might be able to push the EVGA one further but its just the luck of the draw.
It wont harm it either, overclocking the ASUS one.
Its really up to you, whatever cooler you prefer and if you are willing to wait or not.
(Correct me if im wrong, Always up to feedback)

Well what is your opinion, waiting two weeks or getting the Asus one that will deliver the same performance.
Is the acx 2.0 cooler thing any good? And will that increase fps ?

We don't have any real reviews against each of the different coolers yet so it's kinda hard to decide.

You can get whichever cooler you want, get the Asus card if you want. Keep in mind, it's a reference cooler so it'll be a little hotter, louder and slower than any aftermarket card and probably won't overclock as well. The performance difference though, won't be huge, it's still the same card. You can use EVGA's OC program with an Asus GPU. You should be using Afterburner anyway IMO, it's the best program for GPU OC.
