most pc's can run cs go. MAcbooks can run it

You will be getting around 80-90 on low settings But you can run it just fine

Yes you will be able to run it. CSGO isn't very demanding and you will probably be able to play it on medium-high at 1080p 60fps

My brother's old PC had an i5-2300 and a 6670 GPU.
This is relatively similar to your specs.
He could maintain about 80 fps on low.
Would only get about 30-40 or so on high settings though. (both at 1080p)
To be honest, you don't really need to run CS:GO at high settings anyway, perhaps just the gun models and environment textures.
Either way, you should be fine with it.
