Synopsis
Zombie Gunship puts you in the gunner seat of a heavily-armed AC-130 ground attack aircraft. Strategically fire your powerful guns to slay endless waves of zombies and protect the remaining survivors of the zombie apocalypse!
A shooter optimized for a wide range of tablets and phones!

Aim/Objective
This is an endurance game, you must protect your bunker from the zombie invasion for as long as possible, acquiring money the longer you last and the more zombies you kill. The game will end either when your bunker is overrun with zombies, or you have killed too many civilians. You do this by utilizing the AC-130 weapons system that you have to stop the zombies from overrunning your bunker and saving as many civilians as you can. Upgrading your weapons in between games will enable you to last longer and battle the hordes of zombies for longer making more money and continuing the process.

Gameplay
This game has you piloting an AC-130 gunship that is orbiting an army bunker that you have to protect. You have an arsenal of a 25mm Gatling Gun, 40mm Bofors Auto-Cannon and a 105mm Howitzer Cannon. You must use these weapons to protect the bunker from the everlasting waves of zombies, while making sure not to kill civilians that are also on their way to the bunker for safety. These scenarios give some very intense gameplay as there are moments where you are very close to being overrun by zombies that would end the game, and some where you are very close to accidentally killing civilians which would also end the game. In between games you can upgrade features of your weapons such as the damage radius, weapon cooldown speed and many more, unlock more levels with different layouts and objectives, and buy special upgrades. Some of these upgrade include:

Zombie Bounty
This will give you more money per zombie that you kill, you are given (2 * number of upgrades) coins extra per kill
Bomb Buddy
Bunker will have a bomb so that when a zombie manages to get into the bunker, it will protect it from that one zombie and allows the game to carry on
General Pardon
This allows a maximum of 6 civilian casualties rather than the standard 3 per game
Radar Upgrade
Widens the range that zombies and civilians are highlighted with boxes to show their presence

You also have objectives to complete that will promote you to higher rankings that you can compare with friends on Game Center and just to show how far you have progressed in the game. As you play the game, you will start to see a second type of zombie. The regular ones move at an average speed and only take 1 hit to kill. The second type of zombie however, take multiple shots to kill and are best dealt with usign multiple weapons at a time or long, controlled bursts of the 25mm Gatling Gun.

Graphics
Graphics is where I think think this game is slightly let down, although they are as there to increase the feel of a thermal imaging camera that is used on the weapon systems to make it more realistic. The graphics are very nice at some points, but I feel that while you are in-game, the visual effects in the game are quite rough and low quality. Some of the textures remind me of an early 2000's game as they have straight edges instead of round and smooth curves. The audio in this game is quite nice, there is a background low pitched sound to resemble the aircraft flying which adds to the realism of the game, and the sound effects of the weapon shots and impacts are also realistic sounding.

Controls
I personally like the controls that you use in this game as they make it easy to control the weapons aiming and swapping. To aim the weapons, you swipe the screen in whatever direction you wish. On the top right corner of the screen, there is the weapons you are using with the ammo count next to them, to change weapons you press on the weapons display and it will toggle from 105mm to 40mm to 25mm and then back to 105mm. I feel that changed could be made to this as there are some points where urgent weapon change is vital for survival, and having to toggle instead of directly choosing the weapon to swap to could be the tiny difference between life and death.
