Hop in exotic muscle cars, sleek crotch rockets or even give your whole crew a lift in transports or armored trucks.

Gameplay
The beta showed great promise of what players will be experiencing in the multiplayer portion of the full game. In the beta, players were able to play from three different game-modes. Hotwire required players to drive vehicles around to score additional points along with getting kills. Players would have to drive at a certain speed in order to get points. Players will continue to earn points as long as they keep driving at a certain speed without slowing down or wrecking. These vehicles consists of sedans, coupes, and vans. The next mode is Heist. Heist is a game of cops and robbers. In Heist, the robber team will have to break into the safe which is located in a well centered location of the map and must obtain the money and take it to two designated locations on the map while avoiding the team of cops whose sole purpose to to prevent them from securing the money. If a robber with the money gets killed, the cops then have the opportunity to secure the money and will respawn back to its original location but for the robbers, the location for where they were to secure the money will change to another location on the map. The last mode is Conquest which is Battlefields own version of Domination. The number of flags will vary depending on the size of the map. The amount of flags will range from three to five. While holding multiple flags under control will award bonus points for having control over them after a certain amount of time.
A few new features in Battlefield Hardline is that when players rank up after each levels of five, they get awarded with a battlepack that awards players with redeemable tokens to get certain attachments for free, obtain a paint scheme for their weapons and vehicles, and boosts which will vary depending on what type of boost they receive. Another new feature is the "Hacker Mode" during a match. In Hacker Mode, which only one player from each team can choose this role, are able to manipulate in game features to aid their team. Hackers can override cameras for their team and allow the camera to spot enemies to show the locations of each enemy to the hacker's allies to see on their map. Hackers can also hover over their teammates and apply a variety of 'boosts' to increase that player's durability in battle.

Graphics
Having played Hardline on the Xbox One, the graphics were fantastic. For being a beta, it was astonishing to see the how crisp and clear everything around the environment looked. The designs of the various structures had their own unique characteristics and brought out a great sense of variety to each location that is played on. The environment is vast in terms of placement of plants, trees, shrubs, and other various plant-like organisms scattered throughout the map. The weapons reveal to the eye its own unique features and characteristics that go with it. The reloading feature of multiple guns shows its uniqueness compared to others in its class which is it a neat feature. A cool feature that I personally enjoyed was the sandstorm that would appear on the map Dustbowl. The whole aspect of having your vision blurred due to the strong winds of dust flying around obscuring the player's view showed realism as if the player was actually there during the sandstorm. The details on the operable vehicles really have great detail and looks realistic compared to the actual model itself. The blood splatters on the screen look great along with the blurred vision as the player is getting shot at.

Controls
The controls for Battlefield Hardline aren't anything too fancy. The controls are just like any other first-person shooter game really. Compared to the layouts on previous Battlefield games, I can't say there really is a drastic difference that would create some difficulty for players that are new to the series.

I enjoyed it. If this game gets like call of duty where a game comes out every year its going to be bad. Beta brings something new to battlefield and really enjoyed it.

The beta was pretty cool, I didn't play many games though since whenever I would it would kick me out or be too laggy. I doubt I'll purchase the full game when it releases next tuesday.

Personally, I don't believe betas should be reviewed as it's not the full game and doesn't show the games true potential. Controls could have been covered more as there are some new controls compared to the older Battlefields and some other things that could have been briefed about. You should finish writing the plot of the campaign and switching this to an official review of the game as we do not have a review for the full game.

For the game, I found this game lacking in terms of gameplay and adventuring on your own terms. The maps were laid out pretty basic almost as a 3 pathway map, nothing similar to the vastly open maps like the older Battlefields had. Game modes were rubbish with little competitiveness to just a huge cramp vest with grenade spam everywhere. First playing this game on a PC and for its time of release, the graphics were on a new level to what the market had at the time. Dice and Frostbite are ahead of the industry for graphics and they outdid it on this game. I really didn't get into the campaign or multiplayer of this game but it was fun when I had a squad or friends to goof around with.
