I tried downgrading my iPhone 5s from 8.1.3. I tried putting 8.1.2 beta on it... It stuck at the con next to itunes and it won't turn on. Any help?

Yep that's the reason
Apple is not signing 8.1.2 anymore
You got the 8.1.2 firmware from some other site
You should have downgraded in January

You can't downgrade from 8.1.3 anymore
You are not supposed to downgrade from an update that Apple is not signing

Restoring it would probably be the only solution...?

No you will not have to give it to them. Does iTunes recongize it when plugged in? It won't turn on at all?

Yeah its really hard to downgrade when apple isn't signing anymore, you pretty much have to break your freaking phone. The best thing to do is to try and update it to the highest version or restore it from itunes and if you cant do that maybe you can go on to youtube and look up how to fix it with IFUNBOX its a program where you can pretty much mess with the files inside your phone to maybe help fix it! Good luck with your phone dude!

Put your device into DFU mode, when iTunes recognizes your device...restore it/update it to fix your boot error. If you need help getting into DFU mode, PM me, ask users on this topic, or Google it as any of the three would help you.
