I'm getting a new mobo and I want to know if my GPU NVIDIA GTX 970 will fit on to the ASUS Z97-PRO GAMER: ATX, USB3.0, SATA 6GB/S, SLi, XFIRE mobo?

Yes. Make sure you have a compatible CPU though, and case. Also, make sure your PSU is of sufficient quality.
