I am creating a group for Steam and I need an Avatar for the group.

I would like this image to be used and you can experiment with it but try to make big noticeable changes. I would like creative text on the image to say "People that have nothing."

What size does the avatar need to be? And can you explain more about the noticeable changes thing?

The highest size for the Steam avatar is 184x

By noticeable changes I mean dont like put rockets in the sky and aliens everywhere.

I had no idea of what changes to make. You didn't really explain it that well. I did the text, fiddled with some lighting effects and added a simple scratch overlay.

I blurred the channel 4 logo out without resizing,
added a kind of 'poor' effect.
