I bet that system couldn't even drag 300 Watts from the wall even if it tried to!

As Craigyy said^

It may be wise to upgrade to a AIO liquid to get a nicer OC, or if you want air cooling then something like a Noctua d14/d15 will be decent but ugly IMO. But the Hyper 212 evo is a good budget aftermarket.

Yeah, you're fine, especially since it's not a horrible quality PSU. However, I'd personally upgrade cooler. The 212 EVO is a good budget cooler and you can overclock with it, but seeing as Haswell had some pretty bad temperatures anyway, I'd personally feel safer with the likes of a Seidon 240M or an H100i.
