I really like the game and was wondering if there were any racing games like it on PC. With the amount of tuning and customization. I haven't seen any like it but maybe I didn't look well enough.

It would be good, but there isnt, really.
If you don't care about graphics, there are games like the old Need for Speeds, I'm not sure where you purchase them, but you can acquire them through those other methods.
Test Drive Unlimited 2 seems to be the closest for me.

Not really sure if it's like Forza but a new MMO Racing game is coming out called The Crew if you havent heard yet.
