2nd time overclocking, can't seem to get past 4.5. This is 24 hour stress tested through prime95 and it seems stable.

Well mine took 1.16v to get to 4.4ghz I can get mine to 4.8ghz but that's pushing quite a few v's into it..

if you want a higher overclock increase the voltage but 4.5ghz is still a good overclock.

Yeah, I'm quite happy with 4.5. Still, probably won't stop me from playing around a bit seeing what I can push it too. Temps don't seem to go over the 75-80C mark either, which I'm pretty happy with.

I was able to get 4.7Ghz with a hyper evo keeping the temps under control and 4.8ghz with a h100i but i just run 4.4ghz to keep the fans nice and low, I suggest you have a mess around and find what your happy with.

Was thinking of grabbing a h100i pretty soon actually, would I see a noticable difference in temperatures?

Yeah you would but personally knowing what I know now I'd get a Cooler master 240 Nepton or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE.

Nice OC

I would run a gaming benchmark to simulate gameplay. It could be stable in P95 but still unstable in games - I've been there and it sucks to BS mid game because of a bad OC
