right so ive got movie box on my non jailbroken iphone how do i get the downloads / movies off phone onto my pc

You cannot since you have no access to iFile or the file system of your iPhone. What you can do is get a iPhone to HDMI adapter and mirror your phones image onto your pc or tv to watch the movie or tv show on a large screen.
