Answer: in between 4am-11am UK Time most of the time its inbetween 10am-11am. But why! 11am UK time USA are on the same date as us.

If they release the game to be playable in UK at 12:01 this translates to USA 19:00 2nd Novermber. 2ND NOVEMBER!!! The game was announced WORLD WIDE FOR EARLY RELEASE ON 3RD NOVEMBER! USA Are not on 3rd November yet! 4 hours 40 minutes THEN THEY WILL BE.

Yeah but the US and UK Marketplaces are different.
