Quick Headphone Question

As far as I know I do not have a special sound card on my PC, just an integrated one.
Right now I am using a blue yeti mic and ATH M50 headphones, my question is would I get better audio if I were to plug the headphones into the back of my PC rather than into the mic jack on the blue yeti?
