there has been a issue where people who used all there ea access can't go on the app they were trying to fix it but fck knows whats happening i haven't been on either yet

I used my access up and can still go on the web app with no issues?

Ye hasn't happened to everyone but they have been tweeting saying they looking into the issue

Rob tweeted that it is a known issue and he is looking into the problem with FUT team

Hey guys, I've tweeted a few times and replied in various threads but given new threads are being made - there are a few issues with the web app - notably regarding playing EA Access and then losing web app access.

Team's working on them and either I or the main account will shout when there's been progress. I really don't have anything concrete to give you in terms of timing, just that it's of course something we're trying to get sorted ASAP.
