Where can you get an offline file, and if you know.. could you give more info about them?

YouTube or Google "xboxlivelogon" you can't complain as it is free however just be careful on what you are doing so you don't get your kv banned

Just stop there, there is no files that are "better than kv" you will always need a kv to access online on the console.
A Key vault can last anywhere from 1 minute to 4 months, depends what you do whilst on the Kv.
Yes it is better than paying for online time as it is free, as long as you have one with XOSC spoofing.

XboxLiveLogon files can be found on the internet (Google) just search it up, keywords "XboxLiveLogon"
Your KVs usually last around 3-4 weeks if you are really smart about it, but then again they can also last only 3-6 days.
Well it is free online time, so in my opinion yes. Other people might think different. Don't judge.

say if I was just hosting money lobbies on gta online.. would that be dangerous to getting banned? going to save the call of duty modding for System Link, too risky
