Pull ups involve a lot of chest and arm work. So do some workouts with dumbbells, I use 12.5kgs and do some different variety of push ups. Like wide arm spread, diamond and normal push ups. That'll help with your chest.

Just depends what weight your working with and how old you are. Maybe do some research? I do 8 reps and 3 sets for arms with a 30 second break between each set. And for press ups I do 4 sets of 20 with a 90 minute break between each set. (I am 17 by the way)

I will do push ups. Right now I can do 6 pull ups and my ship date for boot camp has been moved up to November and my goals is to be able to do atleast 25 by then.

Wider grip the wider the back (Lats)(gain more muscle), close grip is easier but still targets the back/arms, inner grip targets the biceps and muscle ups don't really do anything, just a bit of strength to show off.
As you stated that you don't have a pull up bar, what equipment do you have ?
I will create a (realistic) little workout plan for you as a beginner.
