Not sure how many people have tried to get help from there support team but it seems like every time I try to get help I get someone who does't understand what i'm asking and just types/says what ever it takes to end the conversation. Asked for help because my bad sport timer keeps doubling every time I join a new lobby and I asked that they fix my timer so it reads to correct time remaining so I can serve my sentence and they reply that I belong in bad sport then lock my ticket and end the call. Just amazes me how such a large company can have such a bad support team
