I've just finished watching some of your videos. Your content is fine but there are some points which you could improve on.

Your videos are too long, they should be shortened down to around the 15 minute mark. I also feel your thumbnails could be a bit more better and your descriptions could be more informative. Apart from these three things, your actual videos are good, the commentary isn't dull and you stay on topic.

I can tell that you enjoy doing this so keep uploading, you'll get better with experience.

I wouldn't say you're doing "well". But I would say you're on your way to becoming something more than what you are now.

I really like the fact that you have banners/screenshots on all your videos with the titles in it. That draws in crowds a lot to the videos. I also like the logos you have. Your most popular video has 5,500+ views so once you get that higher and more of your videos get over 10k views each, you can say you're well on your way to the top. Keep it up man.

Offer more content too. Different variety of things. Not just gaming. Or, try off the wall/random games. Or games JUST being created that are new that have potential to be viral one day. You'll have to do research, but you'll get it. Keep it up!
