Updating Dashboard need help

I just recieved the console today so i am wathcing videos trying to hhelp, but none are having the issue i am. I have my nand from simple 360 nand flasher. Here is the Log if it helps

its prompting to use xell obviously. idk if thats normal or not though it is a Falcon Jtag too. When i get to xeBuild it has an error saying error unable to determine if its big block or small block.
What should I do? How do I dump it on Xell?

Just watched xxmoddedwarfarexx's video and used flash360 and then right as it opened i got a fatal crash error and then xbox turned off. Now everytime i turn it on it does the 4 chasing rings on LED and turns off. booting through Xell turned it on but it stays on the xell reloaded screen
