i did it two times 1st just went onto a bootloop and 2nd(now) no cydia

can anyone help me

I assume you updated over the air but I had the same problem. Just back up your phone, restore using a computer, then the jailbreak should work

Thats means that you bavked up over the air. You will need to restore, and update to the lastest iOS.
