Any decent mods for gta online that arent too crazy like god mods and stuff like that. I just want like driving under water and player model changes.

Well the only mods out there are the MadChild 1.12 common.rpf and the Awakening's 1.12 common.rpf
I had the Awakening's 1.12 common.rpf but it got patched on the release of the high life DLC. Apparently there is a MadChild 1.13 common.rpf ISO out there but I can't find it.
They include the same type of mods but are mainly made by MadChild. The mods features are below:
Features
Player Features
Fast ladder climbing. Added this especially for those of you non-athletic folks.
Get-up-and-go! You and AI will now get up instantly after falling over.
Semi-God-mode. Your health will often be extended once it reaches zero.
Super punch! Your fists are now mighty and powerful.
You can now punch and kick in your garage! Have a tantrum!
Michael, Franklin, and Trevor are better at fighting.
Player (AI) Features
Pedestrians and policemen have practically no health at all.
Police have been given more donuts. They will bother you less.
Pedestrians aren't as scared or hostile. They's all prissy now.
Gangs, emergency services, military, etc are rivals amongst themselves.
AI are oblivious to any vehicle on the road. Accidents may commonly occur.
AI no longer know how to use ladders.
Most pedestrians and animals are now deff and have very little peripheral vision.
World Features
Slight water modifications (further LOD for reflection, longer light rays under, etc).
Some LED signs will read, "Legalize cocaine!"
Mushrooms have been given to your character. Light rays are more intense.
Road obstructions, crane hooks, booths, NPCs, etc weight little-to-nothing.
Most fences are very light and can be knocked over easily.
Miscellaneous Features
Much larger blood pools and petrol trails.
Vehicles are somewhat more destructible.
All-terrain tires. Driving on sand, mud, grass, etc will not slow you down.
Green blood splatters due to the anal probing from the alien invasion.
A blind-eye will be drawn toward you stealing a car. No more random bounties.
Dynamics such as clips, liquid trails, bullet shells, etc will be visible from further away.
