Synopsis
Bankshot Billiards 2 is a Sports simulation video game developed by PixelStorm, as a sequel to Bankshot Billiards. It was released on November 22, 2005 on Xbox Live Arcade. The pool (pocket billiards) simulator offers nine different game modes including nine-ball, eight-ball, Euro eight-ball (blackball), cutthroat, 14.1 continuous (straight pool), three-ball, trick shots, "Time Trial" (speed pool), and golf. It offers a wide range of graphic customization including table style, felt color, wood grain, ball set, and cue stick. On December 4, 2007, Bankshot Billiards 2 was declared an "XBLA Hit" and received a reduction in price

Gameplay
This game is excellent because of the wide variety of different games you can play. It has 9 different game modes including everything from 9 ball to trick shots and even a time trial game mode. The addition of these game modes make the game really interesting as there is such a great variety to play with. You can customize virtually every part of this game from the felt colour and table style to the cue. This means that you can switch stuff up constantly so you don't get bored of the game. The gameplay is typical of any pool/billiards game were you get an overview (bird's eye view) of the table and then you aim your shot and adjust your power to get the desired result. Overall the gameplay is very solid.
The multiplayer allows 2 players either locally or online through xbox live to play together so instead of player vs computer it's player vs player, this is definitely the best way to enjoy this game as it is always better to play against a friend on a game like this than the computer.

Graphics
The graphics to this game are okay but nothing special, the colours and customization features are good but that's about it. The colour scheme is nice and there are a variety of things you can change to refresh the graphics on the game such as table cloth and cue. This makes the game feel fresher. The table and balls look quite basic but the nice contrast of colour help it out and it actually works well. I will add some screenshots below.

CONTROLS
The controls consist of you taking direction of the shot and then adding the power to try and pot whatever ball you want to pot (you can also add spin to help you hit the perfect shot). The controls are smooth and the system works well/ is responsive. The button layout is excellent and you can very easily dictate where and how fast you want to hit the ball. There are a few settings you can tweak if you want but I'm sure you will be fine when you play it. There are no problems here!
