Synopsis
Pinball FX 2 is a pinball video game for Xbox 360 and Windows (XP and higher) and is the sequel to Pinball FX. It was developed by Zen Studios and published by Microsoft Studios. It was released on October 27, 2010 via the Xbox Live Arcade service. The game includes several new features, such as local multiplayer and the ability to tweak table settings. Players can also import all of the tables from Pinball FX they had previously purchased. The Windows 8 version of Pinball FX 2 was released on the Windows Store on October 27, 2012, two years after the original XBLA release. The Windows 8 version contains the full version of the Mars table for free. The game was subsequently released for other Windows platforms via Steam on May 10, 2013. This game was announced and will be released for Windows Phone. Due to other projects taking place, the date of this mobile release has not been confirmed yet.

Gameplay
The gameplay to this game is the same as a real pinball machine, the objective is to keep the ball in the machine by using flippers and make the ball go to certain paths to get points. The game consists of harder machines to play as the game progresses this is really good as a challenge is very rewarding and needed to make sure the game doesn't go stale which it certainly would if the machine didn't change. The gameplay is really smooth and enjoyable and you can even play the game using your hand if you have kinect or an xbox live vision camera, this is a completely new and original way to play this game and can give you hours of fun. You can also play with up to 4 friends online and compete to see who is the best, (a set score is pre-determined and the person who is the quickest to reach the score wins), this is really good and having the ability to play with/against friends makes it even better.

Graphics
The visuals on this game are really good. The lighting and shadows make the machine look really realistic and the bright colours really complement each other on this game. The textures are very nice and everything looks crisp, new and shiny this is really good in my opinion. The reflections on the ball and machine could've have been made better but that is my only criticism. The variety of machines to play on each have their own distinct look and feel to them which is great and they look really good so good job with the graphics on this one. I will add some screenshots in the spoilers below so please check them out and you can get a feel for them.

CONTROLS
The controls are very basic but simple as it is only a pinball machine so you only need to do the pullback to release the ball and then control the flippers up and down it does this fine but there was never a challenge in this. Controlling the flippers with your vision camera/connect is a nice touch and definitely makes the game more interesting to play.
