ok can someone teach me how to use mod tools on my rgh if not could you at least link me to a tutorial

It depends on what game you want to mod.
Look up Xxmoddedwarfare on YouTube. He explains things really well

i know he does but i do not think he has a tutorial for mod tools and mostly i want to mod cod and a little bit gta 4 and 5

I would help but it's been a little while for me I probably don't remember much on plugins but try XeX Bunny on YouTube or damodder420 or iTzKevinFTW
