When ever I try to update or restore to ios 7.0.4 ipsw it comes up with an error message

" The ipad ".............." could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194).

I've googled the situation but seems to be the wrong ipsw and I know I clicked the right one from here

Should I update itunes? or what do you suggest?

Now I have the plug into itunes logo what to do?
