Would you all like the Step by Step (Text) instructions?

Step by step method thats worked for me over 100 times:
1. you must have the same garage/apartment in this video, with 9 cars, one of which you will duplicate and one open spot for the Karin Rebel
2. the door can only be blocked with Pegasus vehicles, I would use the Journey (camper) as it is the cheapest
3. load up solo session gta online
4. walk out of apartment, call Pegasus and go pick up the Journey with a stolen car, NOT one from your garage
5. bring the Journey back to the garage and stuff it against the left side of the door
6. while sitting in the Journey, buy the Karin Rebel
7. get out after the purchase and enter the garage
8. buy another Karin Rebel and replace the Karin Rebel that was just bought
9. get in your car that you want to sell and exit the garage
10. after exiting, you should spawn on the side of the road
11. before doing anything, call Mors Mutual and pay for your car
12. now drive your car to the nearest Los Santos Customs
13. before entering to sell your car, call the Mechanic and get him to bring the Rebel
14. now there should be two Car icons on the map, one for the Rebel that the Mechanic brought and another for the Journey, which should be still in front on the garage
15. enter Los Santos Customs, sell you car, exit, rinse & repeat!!

It doesnt work for me. When i take my car out the garage there is always a tracker. I did it 4 times and its always the same problem. What do i do wrong?

Call up mors mutual and see if they think that its been destroyed, if it is then you're good to go

MORE IN DEPTH TEXT INSTRUCTIONS:

You will need:
- A 10 car garage.
DOES WORK: Eclipse Towers, Richards Majestic, Tinsel Towers, Weazel Plaza.
DOES NOT WORK: Atla St, Del Perro Heights, Integrity Way.
- A Crusader/Journey/Rhino/Stretch/other Pegasus Vehicle you can drive around.
- A car (preferably an expensive/upgraded one) that YOU bought to take full advantage of this glitch.
- An open spot in your garage, or a car you don't care if you lose.
- $3,200 plus the Insurance fee for whatever car you're going to duplicate/sell. The most you will need for the Insurance fee is $12,500. This brings your total needed cash to $15,700 if you are going to be using an Adder.

1.) Create a new Invite Only session.
2.) Call Pegasus, and request your Crusader/Journey/Rhino/Stretch.
3.) Go get your Crusader/Journey/Rhino/Stretch, and park it in front of your garage door so that the door is unable to open.
4.) Walk inside your garage.
**Note that when you do this step, you should get an altered entering sequence. You should see your character walk in, it will cut to a view of the garage door from the inside, with it not moving. It will then cut to you standing inside your garage.
5.) Get into the car you want to duplicate, and drive it out of your garage.
**Note that when you do this, you will not get the normal cutscene for exiting your garage. You will see the screen fade to black, and you will spawn outside, on the street, somewhere away from your garage. My apartment is Tinsel Towers and I spawn 6 blocks away.
6.) You are now outside, possibly several blocks away from your garage. Get out of your car. One of two things will happen.
**LOOK AT THE MINIMAP.
If there IS a Personal Vehicle icon, go to the steps below, they start with A1.
IF there is NOT a Personal Vehicle icon, skip to step 7.**
--A1.) If you look, there will be a Personal Vehicle icon on the minimap. This means the duplication failed.
--A2.) Get back in your car.
--A3.) Drive the car back into your garage (try not to damage it on the way back).
--A4.) You should see the same thing I referenced earlier after Step 4.
--A5.) You are in your garage, next to the car you just drove in. Walk out of your garage.
--A6.) You are now outside your garage. Walk back into it.
--A7.) You are back inside your garage. Go back to the car you used in Step 5, and drive it out of your garage again.
--A8.) Get out of your car. There should be no personal vehicle logo on the minimap.

7.) If there is NO Personal Vehicle icon when you get out of your car, get back into it.
8.) Call Mors Mutual Insurance, and pay the insurance fee to replace the vehicle you are in.
9.) If you haven't already, order a Karin Rebel. If your garage is full, replace a car you don't care about.
10.) Drive your car to Los Santos Customs.
11.) Park close enough that the door to Los Santos Customs opens, and drive slightly in until the nose of your car would block the door from closing.
12.) Call your Mechanic.
13.) While the list of the cars in your garage is up, fully drive into Los Santos Customs. All the way. Right next to that guy standing in there.
14.) Select the Rebel from the list of cars in your garage, for your Mechanic to bring you.
15.) Press RIGHT on the D-Pad. You should be at the Los Santos Customs customization menu for your vehicle.
16.) Go down(or up) to the Sell option, and click on it. You should see the full selling value of your vehicle displayed on the screen. DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE YET.
17.) Keep an eye on the lower right hand corner of your screen. You are waiting for a yellow swirl (The Rockstar Cloud Saving icon) to appear, and then disappear. That yellow swirl is indicating that your Rebel is being delivered outside.
18.) After the yellow swirl disappears, sell your car.
19.) Do whatever you feel like. You're going to be very rich now.

A few notes.
* If you are having trouble getting to step 7, keep trying. Sometimes the duplication process takes a few tries. If you end up doing a Mission or Race and try to do this glitch again, you WILL need a new Invite Only session.
* You DO have to order a new Rebel every time.
* You DO NOT have to wait for the Rebel to be delivered to your garage, before you request it from your Mechanic.
* If your car is not showing the full sell value, but is instead showing something in the 75K-150K range, the car you started with is a duplicate. You cannot get Full Sell Value for it. Sell these until you can afford a car from Legendary Motorsports.
* If you know for a fact the car you started with is not a duplicate, then you were too slow. Sell the car for whatever it shows, and start over from step 2.
* Some people are claiming that you should damage your vehicle before you get to Los Santos Customs. This is not necessary. It was, when timing was very important it would help you get the Sell value onscreen before the Rebel arrived, but thanks to Stevie(down below), this is no longer necessary.
* Some STRANGE things can happen if you're using an already duplicated vehicle with this glitch. You will never get Full Sell Value for the vehicle, and depending on how you got that duplicated car into your garage in the first place, you may not even have a "Sell" option on the Los Santos Customs menu.
