If you want a running QB go with 99 MVP Newton, and he adds +2 to acceleration. Yea don't go with the legendaries, save up for the better QB. If it were real football i'd pick the other 2, but in Madden you go with Cam. Of course you could always save up for Vick, but i have heard he fumbles a lot outside of the pocket and you definitely don't want that.

If you're looking at those 2 QB's alone then the Steve Young is better. Check out the Captain Colin Kapernick or the playoff andrew luck.

Don't go with john elway if you wanna run. He is very accurate but isn't the best running QB cause of his speed.

Rg3 is the 2nd fastest in the game but you have to watch his stamina because if you get hit while he has none then he will fumble but other than that I think he is great for picking up first downs and scrambling and he is also good at throwing on the run and I've won 5 Super Bowls with him 2 on all madden
