Synopsis
In the only remaining human city of Bezoar, Major Fletcher, an Army Combat Veteran and soldier of the CLN, is dragged into a conflict between two of mankind's greatest enemies. He is to discover that nothing is what it seems to be. Hard Reset is an action-packed, single-player shooter for the PC. With over-the-top destruction, loads of enemies, great weapon variety and a beautifully realized cyberpunk setting, Hard Reset is sure to shake up the shooter scene.

Gameplay
The game play within Hard Rest is very smooth and easy to run, which is surprising as the graphics are very pleasing (more on that later). The story is set in the future which normally means it's game over for me, as I've never really enjoyed them that much, but this is very fun to play. It doesn't explain anything in the intro mission so when you're alone, you seem to have unlimited ammo with a gun that is pretty much one shot-one kill. But the entertainment factor is epic. It is a very lengthy story line which is really nice as you can come back to it every now and again while still carrying on the fun. Great work.

Graphics
the graphics are very dark and gloomy at night, but in the day they are very bright and vibrant. Which i was very pleased about. That's usually a big problem for me, a game with poor graphics usually ruins it, but this is very catchy on the eye. The gun models are really good, definitely made from scratch as they look like nothing I've ever seen before. The character detail is also very good, the suits are really well laid out also. There is one thing i have a small issue with, the ships, they all look a bit to plastic and straight. They almost look like boxes, which is the only downfall of the graphics, but it's nothing major.

Controls
As you'd imagine, the controls are the pretty much same as every first person shooter game, not a whole lot differs from them. Which i like as the simplicity is brilliant. This makes the ease of play much higher. This game really can be played by anyone, all you do is point and shoot. I think i had to change 1 controls but that was it, and it was just because i prefer it that way, not because it was wrong.
