Synopsis
With the recent release of Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD, Fishlabs Entertainments award-winning sci-fi saga finally blazes onto your Windows PC. Millions of installed copies and thousands of raving reviews by fans and media alike leave no doubt that Galaxy on Fire 2 is the undisputed benchmark for open space shooters on mobile devices. And now it is ready to take the PC by storm as well and set it on fire with a compelling story line, next-gen 3D graphics, rich sound design and action-packed sci-fi gameplay!

Gameplay
I love this type of game, they are so much fun it's untrue. I have had hours of fun on this game and don't plan to stop playing it anytime soon. The Full HD really makes it stand out from the rest of the games that are like this as it is so smooth to play. This game had a silent release in August 2012 which kind of surprised me as this game is brilliant. This game also features a Complex trading system with over 170 different commodities and 100 unique 3D space stations and more than 30 customizable spaceships. Choose between story-driven, mission-based and sandbox gameplay.

Graphics
Now, as the title suggests it's Full HD resolution. Which is outstanding for a game of this type, and let me tell you this. It makes the game so much better when you have nice graphics to look at. All 3D models rebuilt from scratch for next-gen visuals, featuring four-times the original resolution and even more textures on all spaceships, stations, jump gates and asteroids. Individual texture sets for all 30 spaceships including diffuse, normal, and specular maps in an HD 2048 by 2048 pixel resolution.

Controls
The controls have really be though through when making this game, it has fully optimized profiles for Mouse, Keyboard and Gamepads such as the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. The controls are perfectly laid out and you shouldn't need to change any of them, but if you do need to alter the, they have installed a button mapper for you. They are really easy and basic to pick up, and you'll get the hang of them in next to no time. Great job.
