Hey, i got a question for those who speak Japanese. I've been playing this game vindictus for a while its a computer game. I'm in a guild and this girl gave me a nickname. That nickname is Neko-tan. I know neko means cat but what does tan mean exactly. thank you for the help much appreciated.

-Tan is an honorific for the word -Chan


Tan is usually used by children who slur their words.
