Synopsis
Based on Spielberg's futuristic thriller, Minority Report is the only game that lets you relive the movie experience, immersing you in a sci-fi action/adventure with weapons and devices straight out of the movie. Set in the near-future 2054, you are pre-crime officer John Anderton - head of an elite police squad able to predict and apprehend murderers before their crimes can be committed.

Plot
The game takes place in the year 2054, in Washington D.C. The player takes control of John Anderton, captain of the Precime Division. John Anderton's purpose is to stop and cease any murders from taking place before they occur, which Anderton is given information that is provided by 3 precognitive agents. Seeing that the precognitive agents see Anderton before committing a crime, Anderton becomes a target in his own organization. Anderton will be pursuing multiple suspects that will lead him through the suburbs, sewers, ghettos, and other various locations throughout D.C., whilst avoiding Precime officers, smugglers, guards, and AI robots that will try and stop him from completing his objective and protect whoever Anderton is pursuing.

Gameplay
Minority Report features a unique fighting system in which the player can perform a move set of combos to inflict on their targets. Players will be able to perform several forms of punches, uppercuts, dropkicks, grappling, and even throw and spin their enemies from across the room. The player will also be able to use a range of weapons, which one weapon that is used in the movie Minority Report. The Sick-Stick which is used in the movie is in the game but the player can't wield it in the game. Players will have to fight through 40+ levels to get tot eh end of the game. Each levels contains money packages that is used to purchase the player upgrades for their character, buy weapons and ammo, and unlock new combo sets to perform against their enemies. Enemies in Minority Report will range in variety wherever the player is playing on. Players will fight against Precrime officers that are identified by the colored markings on their uniforms: green means they wield Sick-Sticks which makes the player's character puke upon impact and immobilizes them. Red means they wield a weapon, their weapons will range from concussion rifles, riot guns, shotguns, wasp and grenade launchers. And blue means they are an expert when fighting in hand to hand combat. And on certain missions, players will be able to use jetpacks to get to certain areas in the game and as well find hidden secret areas too.

Graphics
The graphics in Minority Report aren't too shabby but are decent enough to keep the player compelled with the game itself. The game lacks the blood feature so there is no trace of blood anyway in the game, even in the cutscenes, there is no blood which most players will dislike for its type of genre the game features. The graphics lack when it comes to the character's faces and appearances. The faces on the enemies especially look like they just put 2 eyes, a mouth, and a nose without adding sort of texture or detail to actually see them clearly. As for the clothing, the clothing is remarkable but shows rarely any variety. The textures on the buildings and landmarks are just simply colored with lines going across to maybe add some texture or just to show the separate floors when viewing them from outside. On the upside, the effects are quite well done on the explosions and fires. The explosions show the detail of smoke and parts of debris from the ground. The fire upon buildings and vehicles as that fluency and looks clear.

Controls
The controls in Minority Report are quite simple to execute. When using a weapon of any type, the controls for firing is similar to other shooting games of its kind. The controls for fighting are all quite similar to other fighting combinations that can be bought. The combos are 3 button move sets so players shouldn't have a hard time figuring out how to punch or kick. Depending on the last button in the sequence, the player will have to either just press or hold the last button to perform the move of their desire. For a player that doesn't know the move set combination or forgets, they can easily just pause and select combos in the menu to see how to perform it. If the player seeks a better variety of the game, then they should try and perform multiple combos or else the game will become repetitive.
