It's basically where the team consists of 2 leagues or nations and have 100 chem I think aha, basically a mix of 2 different. Someone with more knowledge will tell you.

2 leagues or 2 nationalities to form one team consisting of all players on 9/10 chem.
Personally I think hybrids should be more challenging than 2 leagues, possibly 3-4.

It's a minimum of 2 leagues/nations, when I build hybrids I try to get 5/6 though ;)

mix of different players that are different teams and nationalities but that have 100 chemistry together
