basically been working up on a diet program to burn a little more fat and build some muscle in the process.

meal 1 : greek yoghurt + blueberries
meal 2 : banana + strawberries
meal 3 : turkey + chicken breast
meal 4 : apple , orange , grapes (10-15)
meal 5 : whole wheat bread, bananna and peanut butter

all told is 191 grams of carbs , 44 grams of fat , 212 grams of protein and has 1958 calories daily. any advice or opinions on changing this would be great this is the first time i've planned out a diet for myself

Make sure to include exercise. Eat low carbs, lots of water.

yeah mate thought i wouldn't mention that but i go to the gym 3 times a week and drink a couple litres a day
