You need FreeStyleDash. Once you get it, look for "Extract DVD," put your CD in, Press OK then its pretty self explanatory from there.

Which disc though, and how would I launch it?


I used Disc 1. And launch what?

You have to go to System Settings, Content Settings, Create Paths.

Then what you have to do is check both Xbox 360 boxes at the bottom. Create a path and go to your HDD, look for the folder you stored the game on, go into it and Press Y. After you're done with that, count how many folders it takes to get to that folder and the bar to the right, however many folders it takes is the number that bar is gonna be. Count your HDD too.

Once all that is finished, it should pop up in Xbox 360 Games.
