As for a website, even things as simple as Google can help you. Or find a friend who's good at drawing.

i've been looking on google for the past couple of days and i can't find anything really i'll probably just go to a tatoo parlor and have a look if i like any designs

That would be your best bet for results. You'd get a professional opinion.

Tumblr literally has hundreds of thousands, probably millions of blogs dedicated just to tattoos.

You could probably find some tattoo ideas on Pintrest or Tumblr but I would personally go into the tattoo place and talk with them about it and see if they will design one for you.

I went into my local tattoo shop and they sketched me up a tattoo that I had in mind.

the second link isn't working but it's like a simpler version of the other one
