Edit*: The Monitor, keyboard, and OS are apart of a different budget. sorry forgot to add that. Their budget is already figured out.
Budget: $400-$500 (looking for something cheaper if possible.)/This is for only the computer.
Monitor:Yes, im not good at deciding which ones are good and what are not.
Keyboard:Yes, a good reliable keyboard
Mouse:No
Operating System: Windows 7 or 8 (Preferably 8 as that is what i have now)
Now the reason i want this to be cheap is because i have an old outdated computer that struggles at playing my favorite game: Fallout 3, and Fallout new vegas. I don't need a high powered pc i just need one that can play games such as Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas on High settings. I've also wanted to try dayZ so basically any computer below $500 (Preferably as cheap as can be) that can play Fallout on High and run DayZ fine. I have an xbox one so i dont need anything to fancy, just something to play games on such as fallout. My current pc is also to much of a hassle to upgrade and i bought it back in 2006 and 2007 to run Battlefield 2 and 2142 at high settings. So now its time for me to upgrade

after you add a monitor, OS, and keyboard you will only have like $250 left for core parts which wont really get you a computer to play on high

Here's a good build for the price:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Total of $476.92.
Will run the games you requested smoothly in high @ 1080p.
It can run Skyrim on medium at 45FPS, and that benchmark was with a 2133mhz memory and stock clocks on the CPU.

Is $80 over budget, but is worth it. You can run BF4 smoothly on high, and max out any of your games you mentioned.

Considering the size of a GPU and the cooling it needs, I highly doubt the integrated GPU is even worth using, you'll need to buy a dedicated GPU, The cheapest GPU you will get that is a decent 1 will cost between $150 and $200
