Forza Motorsport 3 is a racing video game designed for one single console, the Xbox 360 by Turn 10 Studio's. Forza 3 is a sequel to the famous Forza Motorsport 2 which was released in October 2009. Forza 3 includes 400+ cars from 50 manufacture's (The Ultimate version of the game includes 500+ cars). It also includes 100 different track variations with the ability to race up to eight cars on track at a time. These cars variate from small line production cars to professional Le Mans racers. The list is long and very impressive.

Gameplay
New additions to the game include a new driving viewing angle, In-Car driving, One button assisted, vehicle rollover with detailed undercarriages, real-simulation drifting, drag racing and SUV racing. The game allows the owner to upgrade their cars to what specification they please. All cars can be painted to what ever color you want and you can also now add decals to truly have a one of a kind car. A new single player mode puts the player through a completely personalized racing calendar that includes more than 250 different events, including Oval, Drag, Circuit, Drift and Timed events personalized to the player tastes. At E3 2009 Turn 10 mentioned a Rewind feature but did not divulge specifics. It was later released that the Rewind feature allows the player to turn back time to fix cornering mistakes and/or crashes. This feature has no limit on how many times it can be used, but it does have a 30 second cool down time.

Online Play
The Online side of Forza 3 is brilliant, the amount of game modes and types of races is great, I found myself playing Cat and Mouse and Tag the most, these were just fun modes that you could play with a bunch of friends to stop the opposition from winning. It really can be said that this is one of my favorite games to ever play with friends, it never got boring and never missed a beat. The online drifting races are brilliant, they chose the best tracks to be available and they chose correct. This game has an brilliant multiplayer which i cannot fault one bit. Well done Turn10.

Controls
The controls in Forza 3 are great, you had an option to either use the Xbox 360 gamepad or a Xbox 360 compatible steering wheel, you could also customize your controller layout using default mapping made by Turn10. They had a wide variety so there was a layout for every occasion. I like to see this in games as it looks as though they did make an effort to help the player control his vehicle in even the tightest of tracks. Other than that, what can I say, they're pretty much faultless.

DLC was a massive part of Forza 3 and therefore i though it should have it's own section. These packs mostly included cars, but some included tracks too.

So as you can see, there is one hell of a lot of DLC for this game, and the majprity of it was free at one point. It is a truly fantastic game and I think everyone should still play it from time to time.

Graphics
The graphics produced by the engine that was used for Forza 3 was great in it's time. This is an older generation engine but it still produced impressive images. They were a major improvement over the graphics used in Forza 2. They were designed for the Xbox's graphics so they never had to do cross system graphics, maybe that is why they seemed better than anything else for it's time. Below are some of the quality that it produced. Remember this was 2009.
