Everytime I play ghosts it lags really bad and it say my nat is moderated. It only happened when I play ghosts. But first I thought it was my connection and it said something about UPnP? Need help really wanna play ghosts but its lagging to bad for some reason and not any other game? If you may know what's wrong please reply.

It mentioned UPnP? UPnP or Universal Plug and Play is an option that allows for networked devices, like computers or XBOX's! You can enable this option by going into your router settings. The horrible Ghosts servers may need UPnP to be enabled in order to interact perfectly with this crap servers. Hope this helped!
